For the mind, body and spirit

Feeling disconnected from your body? Is your current routine just not helping you reach your goals? Or maybe you are navigating the unpredictable waves of midlife with shifting energy, poor digestion, disrupted sleep, and changing hormones. I get it.

I’m Lindsay Campbell, a personal trainer, yoga teacher and certified Ayurveda coach. Ayurveda is a sister practice of yoga that balances our mind, body, and spirit. I offer body-honoring routines that bring strength and soul back into your daily life through nutrition, lifestyle and stress management.

About Me

I am a fitness, nutrition, and health enthusiast who brings a deeply holistic lens to wellbeing. With extensive experience in strength training and yoga, plus certifications in Ayurvedic lifestyle practices, I help clients find strength and grounding using methods I practice in my own life.

Nearly every midlife woman has been bullied by a social media algorithm to lift heavy and get 100g of protein before 8 a.m. I’m all about building resilience and strength, but that’s just one facet of health. By pairing strength training with the elemental wisdom of Ayurveda, nutrition/digestive health, yoga, and breathwork, I help women balance their nervous systems, build muscle, and reclaim a deep sense of bodily trust.

Whether you're looking for one-on-one training, partner sessions, private yoga, or Ayurvedic wellness guidance, I will meet you where you are and help get you where you want to be.

When I’m not coaching, I work to build a community where women can feel supported, seen, and strong. I am a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, Certified Ayurveda Wellness Coach (The Shakti School, 2026), 200hr Registered Yoga Teacher, Reiki practitioner, and CPR/AED and First Aid certified for adults and children.

“My intention is to create a safe, encouraging environment of fitness activity for all ages, body types, and goals - with a special focus on championing women through the transitions of midlife. By pairing accessible, affordable programs with the balanced wisdom of strength training, yoga, and Ayurveda, we lift up our community one person at a time, helping everyone find their own moment of lift.”

  • Cancer Survivor

“I’ve never been comfortable in a gym. While recovering from breast cancer, my doctor told me to start lifting weights because I needed to protect my bones. Not knowing where to start, a friend recommended Lindsay. I’ve come so far in a year! I feel stronger and more confident. More importantly, navigating such a change in my body and sudden menopause took a toll on my wellbeing. Lindsay helped me navigate the difficult path of recovery through the grounding routines of ayurveda.” - Sarae Lewis || Business Owner + Gardener + Mom

“I just wanted to thank you so much for training!! We did sprints yesterday and I was keeping up with everybody and wasn’t as out of breath as most of them. Then today, I ran the mile and got an 8:03! I couldn’t have done it without your help, so thank you so much!!”
