Lindsay Campbell

I am a fitness, health, and wellness enthusiast — and a lifelong practitioner of everything I teach. From soccer and tennis growing up to the gym, yoga mat, and Ayurvedic practices that shape my daily life today, movement and wellness have always been the way I live. I am a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, Certified Ayurveda Wellness Coach (The Shakti School, 2026), 200hr Registered Yoga Teacher, and CPR/AED and First Aid certified for adults and children.

My work goes beyond physical fitness. As an Ayurveda Wellness Coach, I help clients understand their unique constitution and build sustainable habits that support the whole person — body, mind, and spirit. Combined with individualized strength and conditioning and private yoga, I offer a truly integrative approach to wellness, rooted in the same practices I use myself.

My mission is to create a safe, encouraging space for people of all ages, body types, and goals — and to make it accessible and affordable. Whether you're looking for one-on-one personal training, youth athletic programming, partner sessions, private yoga, or Ayurvedic wellness guidance, I'll meet you where you are and help get you where you want to be.

My intentions are to provide a safe and encouraging environment of fitness activity for all ages, body types, and goals, offer affordable pricing for programs, and lift up this community through fitness and wellness.

SERVICES

Personal Training

Individualized programming tailored to personal goals and capabilities. I’ll meet you where you are and help get you where you want to be.

Partner Training

Specialized programming for partners with similar goals - grab your neighbor, BFF, doubles partner, or spouse and meet goals together while keeping each other accountable.

Group Training

Small group weekly training held in 6-week increments. Meet weekly and get fit in community!

Ayurveda

Learn your constitutional make-up that makes you YOU and what knocks you out of balance. Find new tools and ways to cook, move, and connect on a deeper level to yourself to find your deepest calling in this lifetime.

Yoga

Why Private Yoga?

  • Coming off an injury and learning the best ways to move in and out of asana (postures)

  • New to yoga and want a safe space to explore the asanas

  • Would like to work on a specific advanced asana or asanas (inversions or arm balances, for example)

  • Group events for birthdays, bachelorette parties, team bonding, get-away weekend events

  • Explore the other limbs of yoga like pranayama and meditation

Program Format

  • Activate

    Warm up those muscles that are about to get challenged and get your body ready to move.

  • Warm

    Get the heart rate up and blood flowing with various methods like walking, jogging, cycling, jumping jacks, etc.

  • Train

    Build stability, mobility, strength, and performance with unique weight-training exercises and skill building exercises targeted for the individual’s performance goals.

  • Cool

    Reset those muscle groups with additional stretching to limit muscle soreness.

Warm up, work out, and cool down programs are all-access to your hobbies and activities as Central VA is full of healthy lifestyle opportunities all year-round.
